Reinstalling it hasn't worked! However a colleague of mine has just tried opening this same Visio file on his PC which opened and he doesn't have this 'Microsoft Visio Document' IE add-on. So I am going to rule that one out. The problem PC also has Visio Standard 2002 on it. It is trying to open the file in Visio Standard 2002 and we receive an error saying 'This file cannot be opened because it was created with a newer or unrecognised version of Visio'. After installing Visio Viewer 2010 we still receive this error. Could it be that Visio Standard 2002 and Visio Viewer 2010 will not work with each other on the same PC?
