I removed @me.com from the IMAP user name settings. Thereafter, I changed the SMTP settings from use incoming server info to user name and password. For the username - i used my full email address *** Email address is removed for privacy *** inclusive of password. I will see how this works. Thanks for your assistance. I really like the look and fill of Outlook Mac 2015 and I hope this change will correct my problem.
